If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cb777h immediately via the contact details in Clause 16. cb777h may temporarily suspend an account where suspicious access patterns are detected, pending investigation.
Where two-factor authentication is available, you are strongly encouraged to enable it as an additional layer of account protection. cb777h accepts no liability for losses incurred on accounts that did not have available security features enabled.
cb777h is required by its operating licence and AML compliance obligations to verify the identity and, where relevant, the source of funds of its players. KYC verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals and during periodic account reviews.

Where a technical malfunction affects a game round, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned.
